Fast mode for GPT sessions and subagents

• New supported CLI and SSH subagents inherit an active parent fast-mode setting. Existing child sessions keep their own settings. The separate T3-native task backend is not included.
• The footer now shows whether the provider confirmed fast mode or returned a standard tier. Until response evidence arrives, it shows fast mode as requested.
• Replace the permanent unknown fast-mode cost with Pi's tier-aware dollar estimate, marked with ~. This is a model-price estimate, not a ChatGPT credit bill.
• Preserve system prompts and tool definitions when fast mode wraps a Codex request.

Readable task names and project wisdom location

• Keep readable task names through launch, completion and resume. Background shell rows use their execute label when available; unnamed agents use a short prompt preview. Old tasks can recover names from saved typed metadata without changing task identity or outcome.
• Add one project setting: wisdomDir in .bruv/settings.json. It defaults to wisdom; relative paths start at the project root. /wisdom and agent guidance use the same location and values.md path. No files are moved automatically.

T3 Code upstream main

• Move the embedded T3 integration from its development branch to upstream main, pinned at 8bc40b4e07bb7b4b0f71876d59520360c9bf958c after the orchestrator v2 merge. Builds remain reproducible; they do not track a moving branch.
• Keep official Pi support and Bruv task, question, identity, cancellation and packaging behavior.
• Replace retired custom chunk-layout assertions with checks for real lazy-loaded codec, grammar and chat-route assets. Keep static initialization-cycle protection and include the checks in build/cache ownership.
• Correct test synchronization and temporary-path assumptions without weakening security or task-identity assertions.

Validated migration paths include saved history/usage/cost restart, native child/Stop/reconnect, browser route reload/backend restart, real HEIC decoding and C++/Elisp WASM highlighting. Paid providers, real devices and all-platform behavior are not inferred from those local checks; publication still requires the normal hosted release gates.

• Remove dead implementation paths and share task, SSH, Live, web and test plumbing without cutting current product features.
• Retire 24 frozen historical T3 code/config files. Historical replay inputs remain recoverable from Git; the current web integration is unchanged.
• Reduce tracked code/config/test lines by over 36,000 overall, while adding regression coverage around maintained behavior.
• Reject invalid unterminated comments and comma-only arrays in JSONC instead of silently repairing them. Valid JSONC remains supported.

Local validation passed: 1,718 root tests, 645 web tests, standalone smoke, and rebuilt-CLI SSH child/root placement acceptance. Release assets are published only after the hosted release gates pass.
