What's changed

Retry now refreshes the selected HTML document and its supported repository resources without clearing unrelated caches. It stays on the same commit and leaves other preview cards alone. Normal loads keep normal caching; no new controls or permissions were added.

Repository SVG images now package correctly, including legacy xlink references. Literal dynamic module imports keep their quotes. Unsupported repository external SVG use receives actionable guidance; inline SVG symbols remain supported.

External resources and arbitrary runtime requests retain normal browser behavior. Full-preview error recovery reloads its packaged snapshot.

Verification

108 unit tests, 26 extension browser tests, and 3 live GitHub smoke tests passed locally. Both stable/debug ZIPs passed exact-archive installation smoke. CI passed on Ubuntu and macOS. The release workflow independently passed type-check, unit/E2E tests, version checks, and installation smoke on the exact published stable archive.
