Adds WooCommerce Checkout Block support while preserving classic shortcode checkout behavior.

Changes:

  • Registers PayJunction Hosted Payments for WooCommerce Checkout Blocks.
  • Keeps classic shortcode checkout support.
  • Restores Hosted Payments redirect URL query formatting.
  • Trims and validates the configured PayJunction Hosted Payments shop name before redirect.
  • Fixes WooCommerce Blocks activation compatibility issues.
