Update v2.023

This version updated all the dependencies to the latest version and added a few more localization to the system settings.

You might notice the v2.022 is missing, and that is because after migration to agi interface, ArozOS is no longer stable. Despite internal patching and fixing, it still not working as stable as the original direct RESTFUL api based implementation. That is why we (basically me) decided to discard the v2.022 and jump straight to v2.023 instead.
