v1.5.5: UX improvements + Bugfixes (Hotfix #5)

Summary

This release fixes a few various bugs and makes a few minor improvements:

• Fix an issue with URL rendering that was causing Azimuth NFTs with ID values greater than 1,000 not to be recognized by %fund
• Fix an issue where %redo pokes weren't properly clearing all the appropriate overlapping Ethereum watch paths
• Add helpful error messages to all the various poke application failure modes
• Update the fee recipient for %fund to the ~tocwex TBA

Everyone with a live AZP star project with unrecognized deposits or withdrawals should run the following command for each such project to resync %fund with chain state:

:fund &fund-poke [%proj [our %proj-name] %redo ~ ~]

where %proj-name is the last segment in the project's URL.

For example, for my project at https://sidnym-ladrut.startram.io/apps/fund/project/~sidnym-ladrut/zorby-governance-contract, I would run the following:

:fund &fund-poke [%proj [our %zorby-governance-contract] %redo ~ ~]
