If manually updating from a previous release, it is highly recommended to delete the BepInEx/patchers/Tobey folder.

Fixed

• Add steam_appid.txt to payload to prevent issue where starting Steam builds of the game via .exe causes the game to restart via Steam, which in turn interferes with BepInEx initialisation (600a878)
