The Visual Programming Environment (Beta) is provided on an “as is” basis. SIE Inc., its affiliates, and SIE Inc.’s licensors make no warranties of any kind with respect to the Visual Programming Environment (Beta).
To the extent that SIE Inc., its affiliates, or their respective licensors are liable for any damages arising from or in connection with the Visual Programming Environment (Beta), their total aggregate liability shall, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for toio.
