What is this project's stance on LLMs

Nowadays a lot of projects seem to adopt some kind of LLM policy. It ranging from complete ban to providing LLM support files in the repository.

I ask, what is Tokio's stance on LLM contributions, vibe coding and if there is a plan to implement some policy.
