Changes & Bug Fix
In previous versions it was not possible to detect whether the alarm was enabled after powering the robot off and on again. The system always assumed that the alarm was enabled before shutdown. Obviously this assumption was not always correct. It also caused situations where the alarm did not fire although it was shown as enabled on the display.
I forked the Adafruit RTCLib and added operations to ask the RTC module whether the alarm is enabled. The system now makes use of these operations to reliably check whether the alarm is enabled.
Please note that you need my modified version of the RTCLib library. I updated the README correspondingly.
