Docs and agent skills no longer assume a global agentlink install — every command is npx agentlink-sh@latest <subcommand>. Reverts the 0.23.0 stance ("install the CLI globally, then use the bare agentlink command for everything"). npx agentlink-sh@latest always resolves to the latest published version, removes the install step from onboarding, and means new-machine setups work in one command. Swept every .md file under agents/ and skills/ — skills/cli/SKILL.md (the heaviest at ~140 invocations across the Quick syntax / Commands reference / Workflows sections), skills/edge-functions/SKILL.md, skills/database/SKILL.md, skills/auth/SKILL.md, skills/frontend/SKILL.md, and the entire skills/*/references/ tree — replacing bare agentlink <cmd> with npx agentlink-sh@latest <cmd>. @agentlink SQL annotations are preserved (they're CLI metadata markers parsed by templates.ts, not commands). agents/builder.md's "Tool reference" table and command examples (lines 33-155) follow the same pattern. README.md install block collapsed to the single npx agentlink-sh@latest <project-name> form; the "After global install, every CLI command is just agentlink <subcommand>…" paragraph removed.
