  gate caught the R155 doc edit landing without its regeneration (SOUNDNESS R155).
• ⚠ Declares spec 0.35 in the report envelope (d785c60, the only source change since 0.34.0). No
  classifier, drift or gate logic changed in this release; the ⟨0.35⟩ clause it declares (SPEC §4 — a
  non-empty candidate set is not a complete one) is pinned by candor-spec PART 87 on the four code engines.
  Regenerate baselines across it only because the spec field moves.
