Maps the tables to Ktorm entities and puts enforced constraints behind them.

Fixed

• hire_date was stored as integer milliseconds and read back a day early — java.sql.Date converts through the JVM's local time zone. Now stored as ISO-8601 text, verified stable from UTC+14 to UTC−11 and across a DST transition that skips midnight.
• execSqlScript split the script on ; without regard for comments, so a semicolon inside a -- comment cut a statement in half.
• With foreign keys enforced, a run that failed mid-script left the database unrecoverable. Teardown now runs with foreign keys off; inserts stay fully checked.

Added

• Employee and Department entity interfaces bound to their tables.
• department_id mapped with references, so Ktorm generates the join and employee.department reads directly.
• Foreign keys enforced via foreign_keys=on, verified at connect so a dropped URL parameter fails fast instead of silently disabling every constraint. department_id cascades on delete; manager_id sets null.
