The client now speaks tus 1.0.0 as well as TurboPush's own protocol, so it works with tusd, tus-node-server, tus-php and other tus servers. The default protocol and public API are unchanged.

• protocol: 'tus' client option, with parallel chunks (concatenation), checksums, resume after reload, retries, pause and cancel.
• PROTOCOL.md: full specification of the native protocol, plus an HTTP conformance suite (npm run conformance).
• Interop tests against tusd and tus-php in CI.

Changed

• PHP: CORS preflights from allowed origins also allow the request headers the browser asks for.

Fixed

• PHP: the JSON action field is compared strictly, and JSON actions need the exact application/json media type.
