testos

The operation system now has a test suite! It supports verifying correct return values, and that the other registers haven't changed.

Every existing function is now tested, and documented (in the new binary_tests.md or bare_asm.md notebooks).

• putc(), puts(), putx(), getc(), gets(), availc(), exit() functions.
• Initial boot code, and handling multiple cores.

General Note: Prefer future versions as they might solve bugs.
