Gjoa v0.4.5 concentrates on address-bar interaction, tab dragging, and compact-layout reliability.

Highlights

  • Introduced a larger, centered Ctrl+L palette with a compact keyboard-hint footer.
  • Kept the palette in the top layer and preserved its row height, caret, focus, and paint through startup, fullscreen, modal dialogs, hot reloads, and orientation changes.
  • Fixed dragging tabs into an empty pinned section, onto its divider, or through child elements; the drop indicator no longer intercepts its own drop.
  • Unified collapsed-rail spacing and refined the horizontal layout menu and strip-hiding affordance.

  • Repaired release preflight compatibility with the pinned Beagle compiler.
