v0.1.0 — first edition: days 1–61 (May–July 2026)

相棒 · AIBŌ · The Partner — days 1 through 61. First edition of a build-in-public book.

How one non-technical founder and an AI built a second brain, day by day, starting 27 May 2026. This is the honest daily log: what we tried, what broke, what we learned, and where it went.

What is in this edition

• 61 days, three voices each — 183 day files. 📖 RU and EN for humans (the wins, the failures, the rakes we stepped on), 🤖 DEV in dry structured English for machines: point your agent at llms-full.txt and it learns our patterns and our mistakes, so you can skip them.
• Three completed sections — May: Genesis (the second brain is born), June: Scaling (from imports to a living platform), July: Productization (what do we actually sell). August: Delegation is being written.
• The apparatus: BOOK-SPEC.md (how the book is built), GLOSSARY.md (волт, второй мозг, грабли, Майк, синт…), SOURCES.md, STYLE.md, VOICE-RECIPE.md, THREADS.md, PLAYBOOK.md, and the canon/ registries.
• A sanitized public projection. Machine identifiers and account handles were scrubbed out of canon/ and the published files before this edition — the book is a log, not our config.

How this book gets versioned

The unit is a completed month, not a commit — a release per day would be noise. And corrections get their own release: a book that quietly edits its past is not a log, so when the text turns out to be wrong, the fix ships visibly and says what changed.

Honest gaps

Weeks 1–4 and 6–8 are summarised at week level and have no day pages yet. That is the largest open piece of work in here, and it is a gap rather than an editorial choice.

What's next

August — Delegation closes at the end of the month and becomes the next edition. Sibling repo: clawrush, the English diary and artifact home.
