• Ditch KeyboardShortcuts; use old-fashioned way.

I wasn't having much luck with the KeyboardShortcuts package. Although the thread at sindresorhus/KeyboardShortcuts#176 implies that we could switch to shortcuts not using Option key, that didn't work for me.

For whatever reason this OG method lifted from https://stackoverflow.com/questions/28281653/how-to-listen-to-global-hotkeys-with-swift-in-a-macos-app did the trick.

Self-sufficiency attained

This is a bit of a rewrite, but the important bits:

• We bind global hotkeys directly. No more need for Hammerspoon there.
• No more REST interface either, sorry. We just stole the bits from Hammerspoon that allow it to pop-over a secure text field if it wants.
• As a result we also had to take care of using CGEventTap to "paste" stuff into boxes, and teach the app how to gpg.
• It can also TOTP, but that's just specific to my setup.
