i18n key sync: 13 keys were present in the English catalog but missing from the Chinese catalog (slash command descriptions for wechat, wecom, mattermost, matrix, signal, irc, nostr, twitch, whatsapp, impersonate, knight, stream; plus agents.unavailable). 2 keys (pairing.rejected, pairing.blacklisted) were in Chinese but missing from English. All 670 keys are now aligned across both languages.
