ggcode v1.3.254

Highlights

  • 101-issue window release (#3349-#3449 boundary): mobile session-cache ownership guard, secure-storage heal regression fix, lanchat DM Ed25519 signatures (TUFU), and a sweep of research-driven agent intelligence sentinels (r465-r486).
  • Speculative tool-pattern persistence (#r486): the PASTE-style speculative executor's bigram model now survives restarts, so prediction accuracy no longer cold-starts each session.
  • Turn-tier model cascade for exploratory turns (#r485) and toolflow next-step hints (#r484) reduce exploratory-turn cost while keeping quality.

Fixes and improvements

  • mobile: ownership guard drops foreign-session events from the session cache (#3443); persist markDead on clear-cache teardown (#3449) — secure_storage heal regression closed.
  • mobile: chat message status persistence with honest degraded-mode serialization (#3447).
  • ci: provision eval-workbench clone for agent-eval workflow (#3440).
  • agent: commit message vs staged diff consistency sentinel (r479) now ignores abbreviation-like file tokens (#3448 false-positive fix).
  • lanchat: DM-layer Ed25519 signatures + trusted-peer key migration to fingerprints (#3402, #3399); persistPins goroutine wrapped in safego (#987 discipline).
  • agentruntime: neutral trust level for auto-memory inline injection (r483).
  • tool: trust boundary for inline skill injection (r482); advisory security scan for imported .ggskill bundles (r481).
  • eval: fail-closed task verification layer (arXiv:2610.02142).
  • tui: skill routing-health sentinel (r477); sidebar + status-fallback cost formula normalization (#3434/#3435).
  • agent: tier CUA tool sub-actions in the irreversibility gate (desktop_control/browser/mobile_device).
  • skills: NLAH-style failure taxonomy as first-class skill frontmatter (r466); documentation drift advisory (r465).
  • memory: injection-time stale-path annotation for single-entry Implicit Conflict (arXiv:2605.06527).

Upgrade notes

  • lanchat strict-mode peers: endorsements made under the legacy trusted-peers bool must be re-endorsed after key fingerprint migration to restore agent-DM exemptions.
  • No other behavior migrations.
