Updated widget to 1.show member's registration status (different views for unregistered/registered views) 2.allow registration for the program
Incorporated identity storage changes in dashboard. It allowed to make user id dynamic instead of hardcoding. Removed hard coding for swift program id.
Fixed loading issue when user is not registered for the program.
