upgrade project api to v5
fix lint error
upgrade /projects api
update with feedback
update some params
fix input params
revert code
remove redundant code
upgrade project api to v5
Don't use "filter" anymore and pass filter conditions directly as query params.

This reverts commit 5753955.
Add artificial 5 seconds delay after invite accept/reject requests to give server side time to reindex data in ES, so all the data we are loading after accept/reject action is up to date.
