Data and code for the metrological characterization of a low-cost wearable brain-computer interface

Comprehensive characterization of n-channel MOSFET (2N7000) behavior through current-voltage analysis, conducted for ECE 515 - Fundamentals of Semiconductor Devices at Portland State University. Includes MATLAB scripts for generating output and transfer characteristics, as well as subthreshold region analysis.

ModLayer is a MATLAB executable GUI, created in order to remove the burden of exporting and re-importing 3D data into MATLAB during the visualization (scrolling, zooming, and panning through two linked stacked images) and manual modification/correction of 3D data through freehand drawing directly on either of the two linked stacked images.
