The main purpose of this project is to create an open system for the management of a domestic heating system. The system is open and provides an example through which it is possible to adapt it for each heating system. The system includes a puffer, solar panel and a boiler.
Boiler room control, manages house heating and hot water supply. Supports dual heat source at the same time. Cheap and weak source extended by powerful expensive one when needed. Directly controls furnace and valves. It is functional and works in my house.
This device allows you to control the Valden Heat Pump via remote display. Display can be used with a signal cable up to a few hundred meters long. As well as the controller this display is an also open product with available gerber and source code.
The Service Display is a open source tool, that allows you to connect Valden Heat Pump Controller to get maximum available information from sensors and show it graphically.
