[ESX] Lose items when falling into Water

VRMod Manual Pickup - allows the vr player to pickup items and weapons manually.

Addon turns disconnected player in ragdoll, they can be dragged, painted or removed. If a player connected to server again and ragdoll will still exist, he will appear in place of the ragdoll and it will apply all the previously imposed changes.
