Fixed

  • Preserve scanned files, selected items, filters, and workspace path when changing the UI theme.
  • Launching the desktop app from dist or build now selects the project source root when available.
  • Ignore numbered virtual environments such as .venv-1 and show clear guidance when no source files are found.
