Compose independent ledger modules into one runtime with stable module IDs, opaque contract tokens, deterministic atomic contribution order, private namespaced storage, and opaque durable WorkRef values.

Adopt by giving each shape a stable moduleId, registering modules independently, and passing composeLedgerModels(...) to the SQLite adapter. Existing pre-composition databases must be reset.
