PromptBar 0.2.1
Fixes PromptBar answering your request instead of rewriting it.
Asking something like "can u recommend for me summer books for read" came back as an actual list of novels in the Balanced variant, rather than a prompt you could send somewhere. The instructions already forbade answering, but never said what to do with a question instead — and Balanced was the one variant with nothing holding it to the task, since Structured is pinned by its section fields and Minimal has a worked example. It now states that every variant is an instruction addressed to the assistant that will do the work, and that a question is still something to rewrite. The same fix stops it writing in your voice ("I would like recommendations…"), which was a restatement rather than a prompt.
Two related quality fixes:
- Constraints no longer repeat the Requirements back, and no longer invent circumstances you never mentioned — what you have already read, where you live. When you gave no limits the section is simply omitted.
- Concrete requests are no longer handed back word for word.
fix the retry logic in NetworkClient.swift, it drops the 429 caseused to appear unchanged as its own rewrite.

PromptBar 0.2.0
New: compile from a selection. Select text in any app and a Compile chip appears beside it — click it to open PromptBar on that text, without copying first.
It is optional and off by default. It is also the only part of PromptBar that asks for a permission: macOS publishes no "selection changed" event, so reading the selection needs Accessibility access. Turn it on in Settings → General → Selection. Password fields and your excluded apps are never read, nothing is stored or sent, and PromptBar never presses ⌘C on your behalf — which is why apps that expose no Accessibility text get no chip rather than a clipboard workaround. Settings → Privacy states plainly what is being read while it is on.
Changed: Instant Enhance is now ⇧⌥E (was ⌃⌥P, which other apps commonly claim — when they win the race, the old shortcut silently did nothing). Opening PromptBar is unchanged on ⇧⌥Space, and still needs no permissions.
Fixed: tall results no longer clip the panel footer, so Regenerate and Copy & Close stay reachable on the Structured variant.

PromptBar 0.1.2
Fixes the overlay panel clipping its own footer on tall results — the Structured variant could leave Regenerate and Copy & Close unreachable.
The panel was pinned to the fixed height it was created with instead of growing to fit its content, so anything taller than that had the footer cut off. It now sizes to its content, and the prompt body scrolls once it would otherwise run past the screen.
