2.0.7: plus = gpt 5.6; pro = astra

  • Account-specific model and reasoning discovery now handles localized and nested ChatGPT pickers through native metadata. Model availability follows the signed-in account.
  • Fewer browser tabs: one operation retains one opening attempt across navigation, closure and restart. Sleeping workers release browser memory while keeping their reusable conversations.
  • Durable Goal/Loop and finish delivery preserves the exact task and turn, ordered queues and delivery receipts across recovery. Editing an objective re-evaluates an already completed answer.
  • Temporary Goal API failures retry with visible progress and provider retry timing. Finish-generated follow-ups arrive through the next tool response; new input or cancellation retires obsolete work.
  • Custom OpenAI-compatible Goal providers have separate credentials. Endpoint, model and reasoning stay together across settings changes; authenticated requests refuse redirects.
  • Compact & Resume preserves Project placement, continuation identity and live terminal ownership. Real handoff progress extends manual deadlines; cancelled helpers retire without reopening.
  • Explicit Chrome/Edge selection, more reliable startup and exact browser handoffs. Optional Windows login startup respects background launch; macOS startup and reopen handling are hardened.
  • Connector refresh checks the installed identity and tool declarations, including native cards with no Refresh button. The companion popup requires confirmed compatibility and explains manual mismatch recovery.
  • Drop files or paste images into the composer. Filename cards and previews stay above messages; native uploads retain exact ownership, bounded image handling and send confirmation. Later user drafts survive acknowledged bootstrap cleanup.
  • Opt-in artifact downloads save generated files inside approved folders with bounded transfers, validated destinations and no overwriting of existing files.
  • Plan stages stay visible during startup. Completed and cancelled planner tabs retire after generation and draft checks; streamed planning and retry progress stays in one timeline row.
  • Per-worker model and reasoning selection, reusable sleeping workers and custom Core/Desktop instructions, including concurrent settings-save fixes. Scheduled callers receive clearer guidance when attribution permission is disabled.
  • Worker token meters update from recorded tool activity. Usage recognizes the Sol model alias, uses updated configurable rates and preserves proven model identity. Context popups sit directly above the ring.
  • Clearer waiting status distinguishes active tools, workers and unknown waits. Tunnel outage detection and missing metrics no longer conflate unrelated states.
  • Finish notification actions include the macOS alert-style packaging declaration. Cross-platform regression coverage includes canonical download paths and symlink replacement protection.
  • Removed the debugging Reload companion button; normal browser extension management remains available.

Reload the browser extension after updating the app. Protocol 13 prevents older companions from silently omitting file attachments.

macOS: publisher-unsigned and unnotarized; verify the checksum. Requires macOS 13 Ventura or newer. Ad-hoc sealing provides bundle integrity, not publisher trust.
Linux: prefer the DEB on Debian/Ubuntu. Where unprivileged user namespaces are disabled, the AppImage launcher can fall back to --no-sandbox.

Core and the workspace support Windows, macOS and Linux. Desktop screen/input control is available on Windows and optionally macOS with Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions. Windows and Linux AppImage support verified updates; macOS and DEB use manual downloads.

Native upload limits depend on ChatGPT and your account. Local context and usage figures are estimates. Package checks do not constitute overnight browser or device-specific stability proof. This project remains beta.
