Summary

  • Promote CivicZone source truth to v1.0.0 with CivicCore v1.1.0 alignment.
  • Replace the static resident page with browser-usable resident lookup/Q&A states and add a staff workflow shell.
  • Harden staff APIs with CivicCore trusted-proxy staff-header validation.
  • Add current browser QA evidence, careful-coding evidence, and release-gate audit evidence.

Verification

  • python -m pytest -q: 71 passed, 3 warnings
  • bash scripts/verify-docs.sh: PASS
  • python -m ruff check .: PASS
  • bash scripts/verify-release.sh: PASS, built wheel, sdist, SHA256SUMS
  • git diff --check: clean, CRLF warnings only
  • Browser QA: desktop/mobile resident and staff flows, loading/success/empty/error/partial states, console clean, keyboard/focus/layout evidence in docs/qa

Boundaries

  • No legal advice or official zoning determination claim.
  • No live vendor integration claim; integrations remain local/adversarial mocks.
  • No macOS lifecycle certification claim.
  • Full module completion still requires merge, tag/release, CI, and CivicSuite installer/module-selection truth follow-through.
