ngsparalog release 1.3.3

Download the source code and binaries: ngsparalog_1.3.3.tar.gz

Move into the directory containing the zipped tar file and extract its contents

tar -xzvf ngsparalog_1.3.3.tar.gz;
cd ngsparalog;

The ngsparalog directory contains precompiled binaries of ngsParalog and dupHMM.

You can also compile the source code yourself using the Makefile. In the ngsparalog directory simply type

make
