@gautamchaskar could you show a quick video of the user searching plus the loginAs button not displayed ? |

As System administrator, all works fine for me. Initially I thought this may be a permission issue, but I am not able to reproduce the issue |

We have a user experiencing this issue today in our UAT environment only. Their production environment works fine. The user is not an admin. They do testing for us and log in as users often. They were having no issues until the 2.0 update. They are able to log in as a user by navigating to their user profile and clicking 'login' in the meantime. Attached are 2 examples. UAT and Prod and you can see both are on v2.0 and one has no button to log in as the user, but the other does (Production)

@BROOKEKETCHUM thanks. The UAT screenshot shows reason: that user is frozen(see the Unfreeze button). Turns out Inspector v2.0 hides LoginAs for frozen users. Salesforce Setup still allows LoginAs with frozen users. That’s likely regression. Unfreezing restores the button as a temporary workaround; I have also prepared a fix to show LoginAs for frozen users again. @gautamchaskar does this match your case too? |

Thank you @RubenHalman I will check with our user to confirm they were attempting to log in as a frozen user. They should be back in the office tomorrow to confirm. |

@RubenHalman That was the issue. We will use the workaround in the meantime. Thank you for preparing a fix to add that functionality back. |
