Dev notes

• Consider updating to the new NBT.readAndGetChunkPDC/NBT.readChunkPDC etc. methods as a replacement for the NBTChunk/NBTBlock classes. The new methods will be faster for reading, and not leave behind empty tags.
• Reminder that 1.7.10 is not officially supported anymore, including Forge hybrids. Use at your own risk/use PRs to resolve issues
• When shading, just because the MinecraftVersion is UNKNOWN doesn't mean the NBTAPI isn't working, just that this version hasn't been tested against that Minecraft version. So don't refuse the plugin loading just because of that.
