  • Opt-in compliance.frameworks: ["hipaa"] stamps hipaa.* span attrs and defaults redaction on unless explicitly disabled.
  • Redaction now includes best-effort MRN/NPI/DOB heuristics (regex only — not medical NER).
  • Soft console warnings when HIPAA is enabled; ingestion is never blocked. No signed BAA.
