data ingest: plain-language copy + reduce ceremony (RFC-0002 phase 1)

Phase 1 of RFC-0002. Make the tracebloc data ingest run speak the user's language and stop showing Kubernetes.

• Remove upload / push / stage from all user-facing copy — "ingest" umbrella, "copy into your workspace's storage" for the move; add the on-prem reassurance ("stays on your infrastructure; collaborators never see the raw files") at the copy step.
• Collapse the "Step 2/4 Connect to your workspace" screen and hide cluster/PVC/namespace/Job/port-forward behind --verbose.
• Amends the open PR feat(data ingest): honest waits + plain-language run output (#172) #173 (which introduced the "upload" wording).
