[0.14.6] - 2026-08-01

This patch carries prepared algorithm batching through every browser runtime
and makes that support discoverable through the runtime capability contract.

Added

  • Added prepared code and trace batch execution for JavaScript, TypeScript,
    Java, C#, and traced C++ programs.
  • Added a real Chromium matrix proving all six languages execute ten code and
    ten trace cases with fresh learner-visible state and a bounded worker set.

Changed

  • Advertise prepared trace batching consistently for every browser language so
    consumers do not fall back to a worker per case.
  • Keep immutable compiled artifacts and warmed runtime machinery alive for a
    case vector while recreating or rolling back language state between cases.
  • Declare every prepared batch worker request in the checked browser protocol.
