trackly jobs --work-arrangement remote,hybrid filters by the first-class work-arrangement dimension independently from region and employment type. Canonical values are remote, hybrid, in_person, and unspecified.
Local MCP trackly_search_jobs accepts the typed workArrangements array with the same independent, multi-select semantics as Trackly Web, iOS, and macOS. Natural-language trackly_ask uses the backend's matching work-arrangement mapping.
