Trackly Apply now treats consent to a background check after advancement as explicit reusable consent. Unknown answers are asked before form selection, saved at the user's chosen scope, and never inferred from unrelated privacy, demographic, recruiting-data, criminal-record, professional-reference, or general application consent.
Bundled Trackly Apply skill 2.1.0 recognizes the canonical consent.background_check_if_advanced profile field while remaining compatible with the 2.x application protocol.
