• Trackly Apply skill 4.2.4 preserves the complete live application-tab set
  through browser-session finalization and requires user-visible handoff proof
  before claiming a review form is open.
• Education and employment history are entered newest-first, and intentionally
  blank current employment is no longer confused with the most recent employer.
• With backend apply protocol 3.3.2 or newer, current-epoch success-page
  receipts are reconciled without fabricating a retroactive review checkpoint
  when Trackly's run projection is stale.
