• Trackly Apply skill 4.2.5 treats current-epoch explicit user confirmation as
  authoritative for protocol 3.3.2 stale-projection repair, while preserving
  stronger stored success-page evidence and the manual-submit boundary.
• Prior-submission receipts are reconciled before browser mutation, and
  accessible frozen-batch members are handled before credential-gated members
  without changing the server-owned batch membership or order.
