[ENH] Change some visual bundle colors for pyAFQ

Change pAF color to something non-gray, so that it can be better overlayed on gray backgrounds
Specify OR and TP colors. All of these are more neon than our typical colors.

Addressed in 4155e69. I updated docs/source/reference/fibertracts.rst to reflect the new neon colors for Left/Right Superior Longitudinal and Left/Right Optic Radiation, and added Left/Right Temporo-parietal entries. I also added matching color classes in docs/source/_static/custom.css so the roles render correctly.

Done in cbb5826 (with cleanup in e7464b4). Posterior Arcuate is now updated in docs/source/reference/fibertracts.rst to match the new colors, and corresponding CSS classes were added in docs/source/_static/custom.css.
