• Gemini extension workspace sandbox fix: Extension commands use run_shell_command for accessing extension files, since Gemini CLI's read_file is restricted to the project workspace
• CLI/Codex path resolution bug: ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT} references now rewritten to .arckit in generated Gemini CLI TOML and Codex Markdown files

• scripts/converter.py now generates 3 output formats with path rewriting for each target
