Fixes EPUB3 nav parent table-of-contents entries by targeting each parent group to its first child page while preserving OPF metadata, NCX, cover, manifest, spine, and XHTML counts. Includes EPUB artifact, release manifest, resource manifest, TradeCatLabs notice report, nav-target fix report, and audit report.
