v1.0 - WebP Support for Paint Shop Pro 7

First release. Adds native WebP open/save support to PSP 7.04.

Installation:

1. Rename your original jff.dll to jff_orig.dll
2. Extract jff.dll from the ZIP into the PSP directory
3. Launch Paint Shop Pro

Features:

• Open WebP images (lossy and lossless)
• Save as WebP (lossy, quality 85)
• All other formats remain fully functional
