Summary:
Cursor moved from client-side to server-side
Concurrency limit placed on individual tables
Generator and worker tracking to make sure the last batch worker is always executed last
A plethora of log increases which I would like to leave in place. The only time we'll be looking at these logs is if something broke, and this is great for debugging
