Default translator fix
The Microsoft translator does not work anymore, so it is replaced to a free Google translator.
Added option to fall back to another translator automatically when preferred translator goes down. This option is enabled by default.
To keep user privacy and to avoid unexpected behaviour, this option will not be enabled automatically for all users who use an embedded offline translator (Bergamot) or a custom translation service.
You can enable that option on preferences page, just set Translation module as Auto.
Telemetry added
Added telemetry to collect basic events related to interaction with app and to capture errors related to translators.
Telemetry does not collect any personal data or texts.
Telemetry will allow us to set alerts and react quickly next time something will broken again.
