Summary

Adopts the governance v1.1.0 token-discipline rules:

  • AGENTS.md 11.3KB → 6.9KB: now coordination-only (claim protocol, agent registry, release sequence, field IDs, curated blocked-work context). Removed its duplicate copies of project structure, commands, code style, runtime setup, and the platform-status snapshot tables (status lives in README + Project 2; the live "Ready to claim" query stays).
  • CLAUDE.md: the Project-2 field-ID table was duplicated in both files — now a single copy in AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md points to it.
  • .claudeignore added — 15 platform app dirs of node_modules/build output no longer get indexed by agents.
  • .governance-version → v1.1.0.

Governing Spec

Documentation-only change; no governed source paths are modified.

Project Item

Governance rollout — tracked via traverse-framework/.github v1.1.0 release (CHANGELOG).

Definition of Done

  • One canonical agent doc (CLAUDE.md); AGENTS.md is coordination-only with a declared canonical pointer
  • No duplicated tables; no state snapshots beyond the curated blocked-work summary
  • .claudeignore present; pin bumped to v1.1.0

Validation

  • All CI gates green on this PR.
