There were several bugs in the check script, which happen because the finalize endpoint of the API server did not follow the type hierarchiy when formatting the results for a given day. It did the correct thing according to the track guidelines... the type defs in the API are wrong. After submissions close, there will be a new cleanup release to fix the types for good.
This does not affecf any runs generated with the API, those are fine, although they may have issues with the updated check script, which is now much more complete. It checks for missing topics and that question IDs are correct (either they start 'q_' and are in the topic, or they start with the runtag.)
