Restyle GDrive remote support

[restyled-io]

A duplicate of #2551 with additional commits that automatically address
incorrect style, created by Restyled.

Since the original Pull Request was opened as a fork in a contributor's
repository, we are unable to create a Pull Request branching from it with only
the style fixes.

The following Restylers made fixes:

• black

To incorporate these changes, you can either:

1. Merge this Pull Request instead of the original, or

2. Ask your contributor to locally incorporate these commits and push them to
   the original Pull Request

   Expand for example instructions

   ```console
   git remote add upstream https://github.com/iterative/dvc.git
   git fetch upstream pull/<this PR number>/head
   git merge --ff-only FETCH_HEAD
   git push
   ```
   

NOTE: As work continues on the original Pull Request, this process will
re-run and update (force-push) this Pull Request with updated style fixes as
necessary. If the style is fixed manually at any point (i.e. this process finds
no fixes to make), this Pull Request will be closed automatically.

@shcheklein sure, I might will rebase original PR and this seems will be closed automatically.
For the moment following things are not solved and still requires more attention than others:

• GDrive remote support #2551 (comment) I'm looking for some kind of property decorator that can make the property dependent on calculation of another property. This should help to lazy init self.drive once dependent "cached_dirs" or "cached_ids" is called. And to avoid ugly call of self.drive 9f6d469#diff-d5fd1a3af39d64db31b96286f8985dbeR136

• GDrive remote support #2551 (comment) it should be possible to simplify remote-id-to-path caching logic. Need to trash current implementation and put something similar to what @Suor suggested.

• Makes sense to fix tests passing after at least above is done.
