Five commits since v2.9.3, no migration. Everything the 2026-10 data audit
needs before it is applied:

- #423 nomenclature has its own source order: community, then WCVP (powo),
  IPNI, WFO, GBIF; a legacy value ranks with GBIF. WCVP and WFO can now
  correct an author or a year written before provenance existed.
- #424 a foreign source is found by slug or name whatever the case (WFO is
  "WFO" in production; source_wfo used to create a second one).
- #420 an accepted correction may rename a species: the genus follows, the
  rank follows the name, the old name stays as a synonym.
- #421 Checks::GenusName proposes a re-link instead of a rename when the
  genus of the name exists.
- #422 four replayable migrators: common-name language codes, protocol-less
  image URLs, duplicate distributions, impossible maximum heights (traced).
