fix: hide base branch in PR list when dual-pane detail is open - #189

The GitHub panel's PR list showed "head → base" for every row, which gets cramped once the list narrows to make room for the detail panel. Hide the base branch and arrow in that dual-pane state; it's still full width in the list-only view, and always shown in the detail panel.
The narrow list row still showed the head branch name, truncated with an ellipsis, once the detail panel opened. Hide the whole head → base branch line in that state instead of only the base half.
